Returns Policy

Change of Mind: If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days, provided it’s in its original condition, complete, undamaged, and with all original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs in this case are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund, including any delivery costs. The item must be returned in the condition you received it, with all its original packaging intact.
How to Return an Item
To begin the returns process, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the necessary steps. Once we’ve received your returned item and assessed its condition, we’ll process your refund within 2 working days.
Refunds

For Change of Mind: Once the returned item has been assessed, we’ll issue a refund (minus the original shipping cost). Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

For Faulty or Incorrect Items: You will receive a full refund, including any delivery charges, after we’ve inspected the returned item.
While we process refunds within 2 working days, please allow an additional 3–5 working days for your bank to complete the transaction. We recommend checking with your bank if there are any delays.
